The present petition has been filed against the impugned order dated 22.05.2022 whereby the petitioner was placed under suspension.
On 13.07.2022, a submission was made by learned counsel for the respondents that the suspension of the petitioner was revoked vide order dated 05.07.2022 and he has been accorded posting on 07.07.2022.
Today, learned counsel for the respondents placed on record the order dated 20.08.2022 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Municipality, Tijara to the officer of the Secretary, Municipal Council, Sirohi.

Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the said transfer has been made in pursuance to the request made by the petitioner.
In view of the submissions made and in view of the order dated 20.08.2022, nothing survives in the present writ petition and the same is, therefore, dismissed as having become infructuous.
