The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:-
“i. The respondent J.D.A. Jodhpur may kindly be directed to accept the application of the humble petitioner and issue a fresh patta after incorporating the necessary correction i.e. mentioning of plot No. 190 at the west of the plot No. 195 and also they may kindly be directed to issue a fresh map along with the rectified patta;
ii. In the alternative, the respondents may kindly be directed to decide the petitioner’s application within a stipulated time as fixed by this Hon’ble Court.”
Learned counsel for the petitioner however, without pressing the writ petition on merits submits that the respondent No. 2 -

Jodhpur Development Authority may be directed to decide his pending application (Annex. 5) within a stipulated period of time. Learned counsel for the respondents has not opposed the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the submissions made before this Court, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 2 - Jodhpur Development Authority to decide the pending application (Annex. 5) of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of the receipt of the certified copy of this order.
