The controversy involved in this writ petition is regarding the encroachments on the land of school in the Village Mayakoriya, Tehsil Phalodi.
The respondents have filed a reply wherein a spot inspection report (Mauka report) is annexed as per which, the land was demarcated/measured and encroachments existing thereupon were removed and the possession was handed over to the school

administration. However, Shri Panwar submits that as there is no fencing on the land, the possibility of fresh encroachments always lurks.
In view of the above submissions, Shri Beniwal agrees that direction may be given to erect a fence/ boundary wall on the land in question.
Accordingly, it is hereby directed that the respondents shall erect a boundary wall on the land of the school (referred to supra) within a period of six months from today.
The writ petition is disposed of in these terms.
