Learned counsel for the petitioners after having argued the matter for some time submits that although a representation (Annex.2) has already been filed before the Land Acquisition Officer, but he seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with

liberty to file a fresh representation before the Land Acquisition Officer/Sub-Divisional Officer, Luni for redressal of petitioners' grievances.
The permission is granted.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to approach the respondent No.4 by way of filing a fresh representation. Respondent No.4 shall consider the representation so filed and decide the same by reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the same strictly in accordance with law.
The stay application as well as other pending applications, if
any, also stand dismissed.
