When the matter was listed on 19.05.2022, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner and in the interest of justice, the matter was directed to be listed on 26.07.2022.
On 26.07.2022 too, none appeared for the petitioner. On that
date, learned counsel for the respondents had submitted that the petitioner was granted an advance payment of Rs.1.35 lac on 01.05.1996 qua his medical reimbursement. After that the due amount of Rs.29,695.50/- was also paid on 19.10.2006. A perusal of the prayers as made in the present writ petition makes it clear that the same are for grant of the due amount of Rs.29,695.50/only.

Learned counsel for the respondents placed on record the receipt issued by the bank wherein the amount of Rs.29,696/- has been deposited in the account of the petitioner.
In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the respondents and the document placed on record in support of the said submission, the present writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
