The present writ petition has been filed with a prayer for a direction to the respondents-Authorities to relieve the petitioners working on the post of ‘Patwari’ from District Jaisalmer to the newly allotted districts respectively.
Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record the office order dated 08.02.2019 whereby the petitioners have been directed to be relieved. Learned counsel further submits that in pursuance to the said order, the petitioners have been relieved from district Jaisalmer to join their respective place of posting.
In view of the office order dated 08.02.2019, nothing survives in the present writ petition and therefore, the present writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
All pending applications also stand disposed of.
