The present writ petition has been filed against the order dated 03.08.2018 whereby the request of the petitioner for withdrawal of his application for voluntary retirement was rejected.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the petitioner has now expired, no cause survives in the present writ petition.
In view of the submission made, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
All pending applications also stand dismissed.
