By this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 27.04.2021 passed by the Rajasthan Excise Department.
In my considered view, the petitioner is having the alternative remedy before the Departmental Authorities with regard to his grievance raised in the present writ petition.
In that view of the matter, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
