This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer that the respondents be directed not to hold the Election of District Sabha Karauli scheduled for 29.01.2012.
This writ petition is pending since 2012 and no effort has been made by the petitioner for listing, therefore, in my considered view, after lapse of ten years, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in such a matter.
In that view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed.
