In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation of the petitioners, while keeping into consideration the order passed in Dara Singh (supra) by passing a speaking order within a period of three months from the receipt of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law. Stay petition also stands disposed of.
