In wake of instant surge in COVID-19 cases and spread of its highly infectious Omicron variant, abundant caution is being maintained, while hearing the matters in Court, for the safety of all concerned.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no connecting evidence between the petitioner and the contraband in-question.
Learned PP has shown from the record that the petitioner was arrested on the spot itself wherefrom the contraband was recovered.
Looking into the statement of learned Public Prosecutor, the bail application is dismissed.
