writ petition is still pending before the Hon’ble Supreme Court and he prayed for recalling the order dated 10.07.2019 passed by this court.
Counsel for the original petitioner has no serious objection in this matter.
This review petition filed on behalf of the State is allowed and the order dated 10.07.2019 is recalled and the S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.11380/2019 is restored to its original number.
