The present writ petitions have been filed against the orders dated 19.07.2022 and 21.07.2022, respectively, whereby the petitioner has been directed to be kept Awaiting Posting Order (APO).
Today, learned counsel for the respondents placed on record the subsequent order dated 25.08.2022 whereby the petitioner has been posted as Executive Officer, Municipality, Sojat City. Learned counsel submitted that the same has been passed at the request of the petitioner.
In view of the submissions made, no cause survives in the present writ petitions and therefore, the same are dismissed as infructuous.
The stay petitions also stand dismissed.
