Appellants-defendants have preferred this second appeal, feeling aggrieved by dismissal of their civil suit for permanent injunction and decree passed in favour of respondents-plaintiffs vide judgment dated 06.04.2010 passed by Civil Judge (Junior Division), Jaipur in Civil Suit No.284/1996, which has been affirmed in first appeal vide judgment dated 16.04.2016 passed by Additional District Judge No.2, Jaipur.
Counsel for appellants-defendants, on instructions of appellants, submits that appellants do not want to pursue the second appeal on merits and seeks permission to withdraw the same.
Counsel for respondents has no objection to the same.
In view of above, permission is granted, the second appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
All pending application(s), if any, also stand(s) disposed of.
