The case pertains to release of vehicle, which was confiscated by the law enforcement agencies on 10.10.2000 being involved in NDPS trade.
The learned trial court dismissed the application on the ground that ownership of vehicle was not established.
The present revision petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to establish its ownership before the trial court and move fresh application under section 457 Cr. P.C., in case he has sufficient proof.
