The instant criminal miscellaneous petition under Section 482 CrPC has been preferred by the accused petitioner seeking quashing of the FIR No.151/2020 registered at the Police Station Sanchore, District Jalore for the offences punishable under Section 67 and 67(A) of the IT Act, 2000.
Mr. J.S. Choudhary, learned Senior Advocate, makes a statement at bar that a charge-sheet has already been filed against the petitioner on 24.01.2022. Learned Public Prosecutor has also placed on record a factual report of the Investigating Officer in this regard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already been arrested in this matter, thus, it would be advisable for him to seek liberty to raise all his objections before the proper forum at the appropriate stage. With this liberty, he makes a prayer to withdraw the instant criminal miscellaneous petition.
In this view of the matter, the instant criminal miscellaneous is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty prayed for.
