The present petition has been preferred by the petitioners under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.05/2021 lodged at Police Station Desuri, District Pali for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B the IPC & Sections 3(1)(F), 3(1)(G), 3(1)(I)(B), 3(1)(P), 3(2) (VI), 4 of SC/ST Act.
Learned Public Prosecutor submits that final report / closure report has been filed before the competent court.
The factual report produced by learned Public Prosecutor is taken on record.
In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. All pending applications also stand dismissed.
