These criminal misc. petitions under Section 482 Cr.P.C. have been preferred for quashing of FIR No.001/2019 registered at Police Station Badi Sadri, District Chittorgarh for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 332, 353 of IPC and Section 3 of PDPP Act.

Learned Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation is compete and prima-facie the offence has been found to be made out against the petitioners.

Learned Public Prosecutor submits that there is no requirement of arrest of the petitioners.

In the peculiar factual matrix, the present petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to submit their requisite bail bonds before the learned trial Court at the time of filing of the charge-sheet and the date of filing of the charge-sheet shall be

informed by the investigating officer to the petitioners; in case they fail to do so, the learned trial court shall be free to proceed strictly in accordance with law.
