This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred for quashing of FIR No.16/2020 registered at Police Station Jaswantpura, Jalore for the offences under Sections 143 & 147 IPC and Sections 3(1)(f), 3(1)(g) & 3(2)(va) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act Cases, 1989.
At the outset learned Public Prosecutor submits that the charge-sheet has already been filed before the competent court.
The factual report produced by learned Public Prosecutor is taken on record.
In light of submission made by learned Public Prosecutor, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take up all his legal issues before the learned trial court at appropriate stage. All pending applications also stand disposed of.
