Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR impugned does not have the Bank Account No.31541470107 of State Bank of India, Janakpuri, New Delhi, as the said account is involved in financial crime.
Learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposes on the ground that it was a massive financial crime, where huge amount of hundreds of persons were collected and the petitioner is involved in huge fraud, thus, any interference by this Court, when the investigation in some of the FIR is going on, may not be called for.
This Court, upon perusal of the factual report is not inclined to grant any indulgence of defreezing the bank account in question because the investigation is still going on. It is noted by this Court that it is a massive financial crime involving hundreds of

complainants. The factual report dated 05.12.2022 produced by learned Public Prosecutor is taken on record.
In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed. All pending applications stand disposed of.
