The present petition has been preferred by the petitioners under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.55/2021 lodged at Police Station Shakkargarh, District Bhilwara for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B & 379 IPC read with Section 4, 21 of the Mines & Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act 1957.
At the outset learned Public Prosecutor submits that the final report/closure report has been filed before the competent Court.
The factual report furnished by learned Public Prosecutor is taken on record.
