At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, in view of Section 15 of the Rajasthan Public Examination (Measures for Prevention of Unfair Means in Recruitment) Act, 2022, the investigation should be conducted by an officer not below the rank of Additional Superintendent of Police.
Thus, the Commissioner of Police, Jodhpur shall assign the investigation of this case to such an officer as mandated by law.
The petitioner shall be at liberty to raise all his questions and grounds before the learned trial Court at the time of framing of the charges, if he is charge-sheeted.
