Its a case where, after investigation, a negative final report was submitted by the Police whereafter, the petitioner who happens to be the complainant, moved a protest petition, upon which, the learned Magistrate gave him ample opportunities and thereafter, on 17.03.2015, considering all the legal and factual aspects of the mater, has dismissed the protest petition and the negative final report submitted by the Police was allowed.

The legality, correctness and the propriety of the said order has been examined by the learned Sessions Judge and vide order dated 10.02.2022, the revision petition has been dismissed.
I have gone through both the orders. The Courts below have dealt with all the legal and factual aspects of the matter requiring no interference by this Court in extra-ordinary jurisdiction.
Resultantly, the instant Misc. Petition is dismissed. Stay application also stands dismissed.
