The present petition has been preferred by the petitioners under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.57/2022 lodged at Mahila Thana, District Jodhpur City (East) for the offence under Sections 498A, 406 & 323 of IPC.
Mr. Ram Prakash Prajapati, learned counsel for the respondent-complainant submits that the charge-sheet has been filed in these cases.
In light of such submission made by learned counsel for the respondent-complainant, the present petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to take up all their legal issues before the learned trial court at appropriate stage. All pending applications also stand disposed of.
