At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor submits that final report has been chalked out, which is reflected from the factual report furnished by the learned Public Prosecutor.
The factual report is taken on record.
On such submission, the present petition, seeking fair investigation, is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to take up all the legal issues before the competent authorities at appropriate stage. All pending applications also stand disposed of.
