Instant criminal misc. interim bail application has been preferred on behalf of accused Satya Narayan on the ground that the marriage of his daughter Seema is going to be solemnized on 16.05.2022 at village Kesarpura in District Ajmer.
The petitioner is lodged at Central Jail, Ajmer in connection with FIR No.26/2021 of Police Station Sanwar, District Ajmer for offence under Section 8/15 of the NDPS Act.
At the threshold, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that since he is father of the bride and his presence at the marriage function would be required, to perform religious rituals of Kanyadan as well as to organize the functions related to the marriage, therefore, temporary bail for 15 days may be granted to him.

To verify the factum of the marriage, a report was sought from the concerned Superintendent of Police, Ajmer. Shri Laxman, learned Pubic Prosecutor has placed on record a copy of the verification report, averring therein that the marriage of petitioner’s daughter Seema is going to be solemnized on16.05.2022.
Considering the application on humanitarian grounds, I deem it appropriate to grant temporary bail to the accused petitioner Satya Narayan s/o Shri Ganga Ram for a period of 15 days from the date of his actual release.
Accordingly, this application for interim bail is allowed and it is ordered that the petitioner Satya Narain Son Of Shri Ganga Ram presently lodged in Central Jail Ajmer in connection with FIR No.26/2021 of Police Station Sanwar, District Ajmer shall be released on interim bail for a period of 15 days from the date of his actual release, provided he furnishes personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- along with two sureties in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each, to the satisfaction of the Superintendent, Central Jail, Ajmer. On the 16th day of his release, the petitioner shall surrender before the Superintendent, Central Jail, Ajmer.
