The present bail application has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No.187/2014 registered at Police Station Kanota (Erstwhile JDA), District Jaipur for the offence(s) under Sections 420, 406, 120-B of IPC.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that vide order dated 18.04.2022, an interim protection from arrest was granted, subject to applicants joining investigation. Counsel further submits that the compromise has been entered in between the parties, the applicants have joined the investigation on multiple occasions. Counsel further submits that the applicants, at the time and cause of incident, were minor and not involved in the matter. Co-accused have been enlarged on bail by Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 17.12.2019.

Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted that after passing of interim order dated 18.04.2022, the applicants have joined the investigation and co-operated with the authorities. The case in hand was registered under Section 420, 406, 120-B of IPC. 4. Considering the fact that the applicants have joined investigation as directed, the interim protection is made absolute. 5. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is allowed. The S.H.O/I.O/Arresting Officer, Police Station Kanota (Erstwhile JDA), District Jaipur in F.I.R. No.187/2014 is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicants- 1. Shakti Singh S/o Shri Vikram Singh and 2. Surendra Singh S/o Sh. Bhawani Singh Rathore , they shall be released on bail, provided each of them furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the S.H.O/I.O/Arresting Officer of the concerned Police Station on the following conditions:-

(i) that the applicants shall make themselves available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;

(ii) that the applicants shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the court or any police officer, and

(iii) that the applicants shall not leave India without previous permission of the court.
