This application for bail has been filed by the petitioner under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No.21/2022 Police Station Talwara, District Hanumangarh for the offences under Sections 8/21 and 25 of the NDPS Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and petitioner is in judicial custody since long. He further submits that the contraband recovered is below commercial quantity. Thus, he is entitled for indulgence of bail.
Learned Public Prosecutor opposed the bail application.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and without commenting on demerits of the case, the bail application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is allowed. The petitioner Saddam S/o Yaseen Khan, arrested in FIR No.21/2022 Police Station Talwara, District Hanumangarh shall be released on bail on his

furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the trial Court. Petitioner shall be required to appear before that Court on all dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
