This application for bail has been filed by the petitioners under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No.26/2022 Police Station RIICO Aburoad, District Sirohi for the offences under Sections 19/54 of the Rajasthan Excise Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners argues that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further argues that the petitioners are in judicial custody since long and they have no criminal antecedents. Thus, they are entitled for indulgence of bail.
Learned Public Prosecutor opposed the bail application.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and without commenting on the demerits of the case, the bail application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is allowed. The petitioners 1.Gulab Kala S/o Subhash and 2. Vinod Kumar S/o Jaishree Ram, arrested in FIR No.26/2022 Police Station RIICO Aburoad, District Sirohi shall be released on bail on them furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each and two sureties of Rs.25,000/- to the satisfaction of the trial Court. Petitioners shall be required to appear before that Court on all dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
