At the threshold, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press this bail application with liberty to lay regular bail application before the learned trial court after surrender.
Hence, the bail application is dismissed as not pressed. However, considering the submission that the co-accused of this case has been released on regular bail. I deem it appropriate to direct the petitioner to surrender before the trial court on or before 20.05.2022 and submit a regular bail application, the same shall be heard and decided on the very same day strictly in accordance with law.
