Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor.
Learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the present bail application at this stage but, seeks liberty for the petitioner to file fresh bail application after recording of the statement of constable Shrawan Kumar before the learned trial Court.
Accordingly, the present bail application moved on behalf of the accused-petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed at this stage with the liberty as prayed for.
