Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as per the statement of the injured Surgyani, the petitioners and one coaccused Surgyan inflicted grievous injuries on legs of the injured. Counsel submits that as per the injury report of the injured Surgyani, injury N0.4 is dangerous to life and injury has been assigned to the co-accused Laxman Jogi and civil dispute is pending

between the Counsel submits that petitioners are not having any criminal antecedents and after investigation, charge- sheet has been submitted and conclusion of the trial will take its .own so df bail may be granted to him,

Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor assisted by learned counsel for the complainant opposed the bail application and submitted that the are the accused persons and they inflicted Surgyani. They
