On the statement made by learned counsel Shri Saharan representing the appellant that the marriage inter-se between the parties has been dissolved by the force of Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, the instant appeal is disposed of as having rendered infructuous.
The per-emptory cost to the tune of Rs.10,000/- deposited by the appellant by effect of the order dated 04.07.2022 shall be reimbursed to him.
