A perusal of the of the compliance report submitted on record by Shri Beniwal, AAG reveals that total 18 encroachments were noticed on the land of Johad Paythan, Gram Panchayat

Toliyasar of which, 6 encroachments have already been removed whereas stay orders are operating in favour of 12 alleged encroachers.
Needless to say that once the matters in which, the stay orders are operating, reach their culmination, the petitioner would be at liberty to take recourse of the suitable remedy.
In this background, we are satisfied that the authorities have made substantial compliance of the order dated 02.11.2020 and are not acting in contempt of this Court’s order. Hence, the contempt petition is disposed of. Rule is discharged.
