Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant was on bail during trial. Hearing of appeal may take long time.
Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the conviction and sentence awarded to the accused appellant, I deem it just and proper to suspend the sentence awarded to the appellant during the pendency of the appeal.
Accordingly, the 2nd application for suspension of sentence is allowed and it is ordered that the sentence awarded to accusedappellant Rakesh Kumar S/o Heera Lal in Sessions Case No.234/2017 shall remain suspended; provided he furnishes a

personal bond of Rs. 50,000/- and two sureties bond of Rs. 25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court to the effect that he shall appear before this Court on 13.12.2021 and, as and when called upon to do so.
