Learned counsel its that the petitioner He is behind the bars has been wrongly since 16.8.2021. Charge sheet has been filed against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that prosecutrix is a married lady and she has made relations with the petitioner with her consent and conclusion of trial may take long time. Hence, the petitioner be enlarged on bail.
