The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition with a grievance that pursuant to allotment of license to operate dairy ‘Saras Booth’, at Ward No.2, Gosaion Ki Samadi, Churu by respondent No.5, an application for grant of NOC has been submitted before respondent No.4 in the month of February, 2021, but, the same is still pending consideration.

The present writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a representation before the Chief

Executive Officer, Municipality, Ratangarh, District Churu along with a certified copy of the order instant and all the relevant documents within a period of 7 days from today.

On receipt of such representation, the respondent No.4 shall consider the same in accordance with law and do the needful as early as possible, preferably within a period of 4 weeks of receiving the same.

It is made clear that aforesaid direction to decide the petitioner’s representation has been issued only with a view to ensure expeditious redressal of petitioners’ grievance. The same may not be construed to be an order to decide the same in a particular manner.
