For the reasons stated in the application (1/2021), the same is allowed. The amended cause title is taken on record.

On the oral request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is heard for admission today itself.

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to remove the encroachment from the land of Khasra No. 685 village Bilojnagar, Post-Salempur, Tehsil Sapotara, District Karauli (Raj.).

A Division Bench of this Court in case of Jagdish Prasad Meena & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.: DB Civil Writ Petition (PIL) No.10819/2018 vide its order dated 30.01.2019 directed the State Government for constitution of Public Land Protection Cell (for short ‘PLPC’) in each district to be headed by District Collector. The PLPC has been clothed with responsibility to examine the complainants/representations/allegations with regard to encroachment over Govt. land and if the allegations are found to be substantiated, appropriate steps are to be taken for removal of encroachments including other appropriate penal action against the trespassers. In these circumstances, the petitioner is directed to approach the PLPC constituted for District Karauli (Raj.) for redressal of his grievances. The PLPC is directed to comply with the directions issued by Division Bench of this Court in case of Jagdish Prasad Meena (supra) within a period of three months from the date of receipt of representation/complaint by the petitioner in this regard.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
