This writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed against the order dated 21.01.2021 passed by the learned Additional District Judge No.10, Jaipur Metropolitan-I (Headquarter Sanganer) whereby ad interim temporary injunction has been issued in favour of the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners confined his prayer to the extent that the learned trial Court may be directed to decide the temporary injunction application pending before it expeditiously.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court intends to dispose of this writ petition without issuing notices.

This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Court of learned Additional Civil Judge No.17, Jaipur Metropolitan-I, Sanganer to decide the temporary injunction application No.15/2021, Jainarayan Meena & Anr. versus Chajuram Meena & Anr. within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
