This writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking a direction to the Court of learned Additional District Judge, Tonk to decide the Civil Regular Appeal No.48/2018, Mohammad Shamim and Ors. Vs. Rafiq and Ors. pending before it for last about two and half years, expeditiously.
In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it just and proper to decide this writ petition without issuing notice to the respondents.
