In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, abundant caution is being taken while hearing the matters in Court.
At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents categorically submits that this petition preferred by the petitioners may be allowed and the petitioners may be permitted to file rejoinder, in the interest of justice.
In light of such categorical submission made on behalf of the respondents, the present petition is allowed and the impugned order dated 04.01.2021 is quashed and set aside, and the learned trial court is directed to take the rejoinder of the petitioners on record, and thereafter, proceed expeditiously, strictly in accordance with law. The stay application as well as all pending applications stand disposed of accordingly.
