On the joint agreement between the petitioner and the respondent, it is agreed that the petitioner shall vacate the premises within one year i.e. upto 31.08.2022.

In view of above, for the period of one year, the petitioner shall continue to pay the rent @ Rs.10,000/- per month for this

period to the respondent instead of three times per month, which he was originally paying. The petitioner has agreed to pay Rs.10,000/- per month regularly to the respondent along with arrears of rent @ Rs.10,000/-. The respondent does not object to such proposal and agrees to waive off the amount mentioned as rent by the Tribunal.

An undertaking in this regard shall be submitted by the petitioner within a period of seven days henceforth before the concerned Rent Tribunal.

If such an undertaking is not given within a period of seven days, the petitioner shall not only liable to eviction but also for contempt proceedings.

These writ petitions are accordingly disposed of.

All pending applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
