Learned counsel for the petitioners assails the order dated 08.01.2020 passed by the Revenue Board whereby an ad interim injunction has been directed restraining both the parties not to

create any third party interest and not to alienate the property in question. Learned counsel submits that the petitioners were the appellants before the Revenue Board and in such circumstances the interim order passed by the Revenue Board on an application moved by the respondents was not for intent.
I have considered the submissions.
Taking into consideration the nature of case where the land rights are involved, the order passed by the Revenue Board is found to be justified and does not warrant any interference, the writ petition is wholly misconceived and the same is accordingly dismissed.
All pending applications shall also stand disposed of.
