Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were having in possession of the property for last 70 years. However, this Court finds that both RAA as well as Revenue Board have reached to the conclusions that the petitioners’ names were entered in the settlement operation from Samvat 2046 only and before the same, there was no document in favour of the petitioners to show that they had any possession on the property.
In view thereof, the order passed by the RAA as well as Revenue Board do not warrant any interference. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. All pending applications also stand disposed of.
