The order sheet reflects that the petitioner was present before the District Supply Officer on 25.08.2020 but thereafter, he has himself chosen not to appear nor he filed his reply.
In view thereof, the order cannot be said to have been passed without following principles of natural justice. A fair opportunity was provided, however, petitioner has failed to take benefit thereof nor he filed his reply.
In the circumstance, no interference is warranted with the order dated 15.2.2021. The writ petition is devoid of merit and it is accordingly dismissed.
All pending applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
