Counsel for the respondent submits that during the pendency of the writ petition order passed by the Rent Tribunal and affirmed by learned Appellate Rent Tribunal, has been executed and the tenant has handed over possession of the property to the landlords. Nothing further remains.
Learned counsel thus submits that the writ petition has rendered infructuous.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner however submits that the respondent/s had been taking time in the court and while the case was adjourned the order has been executed.
I have considered the submissions.
Learned counsel submits that the orders passed by the Rent Tribunal as well as Appellate Tribunal which have not taken into consideration the law relating to the Rent Control Act.
I have considered the submissions.
This Court finds the concurrent findings of both the courts below which are of factual aspects, it need not be interfered with in the writ petition.
In view thereof, the writ petition is dismissed.
All pending applications also stand disposed of.
