Learned counsel for the parties submit that issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by order of the Coordinate Bench of this Court in Prema Ram Didel v. State of Rajasthan: S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.3811/2021 decided on 20.07.2021 and, therefore, the present writ petition may also be decided in light of the said judgment.
In view of the submissions made, following the judgment in the case of Prema Ram Didel (Supra), the writ petition is dismissed.
