In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, abundant caution is being taken while hearing the matters in Court.

The petitioner has preferred this writ petition claiming the following relief:-

“ It is therefore, humbly prayed that this writ petition may kindly be allowed with cost in interest of justice and direction may kindly be given to the Additional District Judge No.2 Bikaner for speedy trial/disposal within time bound period of 6 months to decide the case bearing Suit No.05/2012 titled as

Ratan Devi v. Gavra Devi & Ors. pending before the Learned Additional District Judge No.2, Bikaner.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner

has a right to expeditious disposal of his suit which is pending since 2012. He thus makes a limited prayer that the said suit may be decided expeditiously.

In light of such limited prayer, the present writ petition is disposed of while directing the learned Court below to decide the Suit No.05/2012 titled as Ratan Devi v. Gavra Devi & Ors. pending before the Learned Additional District Judge No.2, Bikaner preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

Stay petition also stands disposed of accordingly.
