In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, abundant caution is being taken while hearing the matters in Court.
The petitioner has preferred this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following reliefs:
“A/ By an appropriate writ order or direction, it may kindly be directed to the learned Special Judge, Appellate Rent Tribunal, Jodhpur Metropolitan District Jodhpur to proceed the appeal RCA No.41/2019 titled as Abdul Rajjak Vs. Laxmi Devi expeditiously. B/ Any other appropriate writ, order or direction, which this Hon’ble Court may deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be passed in favour of the petitioners.

At the outset, counsel for the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of pending proceedings.
In light of such limited prayer, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned court below to proceed the appeal RCA No.41/2019 (Abdul Rajjak Vs. Laxmi Devi) expeditiously preferably within a period of one year from today.
