At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent Mr. RS Choudhary, who is appearing for the Panchayat, submits that the impugned order dated 11.10.2017 passed by learned Revenue Appellate Authority, Chittorgarh is a well reasoned order and the directions given by learned court below is reasonable and acceptable.

In light of such categorical submission made by learned counsel for the respondent, the present petition is disposed of

while directing to the concerned respondent authorities to act in accordance with the order dated 11.10.2017. It is further directed that status-quo, as on today, shall be maintained for next three months. The order shall be complied in true spirit within a period of three months from today.

It is needless to mention that already the respondents are restrained from evicting the petitioner form the land in question. Stay petition as well as all pending applications also stand disposed of accordingly.
